Primary scholarship examination 2025 begins

The Primary Scholarship Examination 2025 began across the country today, with students appearing for the Bangla subject on the first day.

The examination will continue till April 18, according to a schedule published by the Directorate of Primary Education on March 25.

As per the routine, English will be held tomorrow, Primary Mathematics on April 17, and Bangladesh and Global Studies and Primary Science on April 18. Each examination will be held from 10:00am to 12:30pm.

The examination was originally scheduled for December last year, but was later postponed.

For the three hill districts of Rangamati, Khagrachhari and Bandarban, the examination will begin on April 17 under a separate timetable.

In those districts, Primary Mathematics will be held on the opening day, followed by Bangladesh and Global Studies and Primary Science on April 18, Bangla on April 19, and English on April 20.

The circular also said specially-abled candidates will be allowed an additional 30 minutes for each examination.
