CSE managing director resigns

Managing Director of Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) Waliul Maruf Matin resigned today citing personal reason.

Matin handed over the resignation letter to CSE Chairman Abdul Majid.

A meeting to be held on Thursday will decide whether the resignation letter will be accepted, Majid told The Daily Star.

His resignation came following a dispute with a number of CSE board members over different issues, sources said.
