Appeal for help

Ismat Ara has been suffering from schizophrenia for the last 25 years, says a press release.

In addition, she has been suffering from different diseases including kidney ailments and diabetes for six months.

A young man, whom Ismat fell for during her college life, abandoned her, and she has been affected  with serious mental illness ever since, the release adds.

Doctors advised taking her abroad for better treatment which the family cannot afford as they have already spent all their savings for that purpose.

Ismat's family seeks financial assistance from the well-off and philanthropists of the society.
