CU 4th convocation on Sunday

The fourth convocation of Chittagong University (CU) will be held on Sunday.

President Abdul Hamid, also Chancellor of the university, is expected to preside over the convocation where Prof Emeritus Anisuzzaman will attend as the convocation speaker.

Prof Abdul Mannan, chairman of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and former CU VC, is the guest of honour of the programme, said CU Registrar (acting) Kamrul Huda.

The convocation was scheduled to be held on December 21 last year but the university authority postponed it for inevitable reasons.
