CU gets Bangabandhu Chattar

Chittagong University Vice Chancellor Prof Iftekhar Uddin Chowdhury yesterday inaugurated Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Chattar in front of CU Registrar Building ahead of the national mourning day on August 15.

CU Registrar (acting) Prof Kamrul Huda said the university from its own fund has made the Chattar, which has a mural of Bangabandhu, by spending Tk 5 lakh.

The VC said it is the first commemorative plaque of Bangabandhu on the campus.
