CU opens new gymnasium, physical education dept

A two-storey gymnasium, funded by the government, was inaugurated in Chittagong University (CU) yesterday.

Vice-Chancellor Iftekhar Uddin Chowdhry inaugurated the gymnasium built at a cost of Tk 8.94 crore.

Later, the VC also inaugurated Sport Science and Physical Education department under the Education faculty.
