DU music fest begins today

A two-day music festival titled "Songs of Bangladeshi films" will begin today at the Teachers Students Centre (TSC) of Dhaka University.

Different prominent lyricists and composers will be honoured at the festival organised by the Music department of DU.

Minister for Cultural Affairs Asaduzzaman Noor will attend the event as the chief guest.

Noted singer Agun and teachers and students of the department will sing noteworthy songs of Bangladeshi films.
