IUB observes IEEE Day

The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) of Independent University, Bangladesh, observed IEEE Day-2015 on IUB Campus in the capital's Bashundhara yesterday.

Dr Ali Shihab Sabbir, dean of School of Engineering and Computer Science of the university, officially inaugurated the event.

Starting with a colorful rally and inaugural session, the day-long program ended with the prize giving ceremony among the winners of different science competitions and with a cultural programme.

IEEE Bangladesh Section and IEEE IUB Student Branch jointly organised the event.
