No second chance for RU admission

The authorities of Rajshahi University on Saturday decided to allow an admission seeker to sit for the university entry examination only once.

The decision came at a meeting of the academic council held at the senate building with RU Vice-Chancellor Muhammad Mizanuddin in the chair, confirmed RU Registrar Muhammad Entazul Huque.

The decision will be effective from 2016-2017 academic session and it was made following a recommendation submitted by the university deans' committee, he added.
