Obituary
AFM Shamsur Rahman died of old-age complications on Friday at Apollo Hospital in the capital. He was 89.
He started his career as a journalist and worked for the then daily Observer and Dainik Azad. Later, he started his business of printing and publication.
He was buried in Shaheed Buddhijibi Graveyard in Mirpur on Saturday. He left behind his wife, three sons and grandchildren.
