Oil-laden truck looted in Munshiganj

An oil-laden truck was looted on Dhaka-Chittagong highway in Gazaria of Munshiganj early yesterday.

Ilius Hosen, sub-inspecter Gazaria police said, "Some armed miscreants looted the truck, loaded with 60 barrels of oil, making its driver Abdul Khalek and his assistant Azharuddin unconscious with dope.

Khalek and Azharuddin were admitted to Gazaria Health Complex, the SI added.
