Quamrul Islam Siddique

Today is the seventh death anniversary of Quamrul Islam Siddique, a former secretary and LGED chief engineer, said a press release.
QIS Memorial Foundation will commemorate the day with memorial discussion at 5:30pm at Sonargaon Pan Pacific Hotel in the capital.
