Seminar on media education held at Manarat International University

A seminar titled "Effective Teaching and Learning Strategies in Media Education and Profession" was held at Manarat International University in the capital yesterday.

The Department of Journalism and Media Studies organised the event with its head Prof M Zahangir Kabir in the chair, says a press release.

Prof Serajul Islam Bhuiyan of the Department of Mass Communication of Kuwait University presented the keynote speech. MIU Vice Chancellor Prof M Korban Ali was also present.
