Shaafi’s death anniversary observed

The 2nd death anniversary of Shaafi Hossain Chisty Yousha was observed yesterday. On that day in 2017, he died while undergoing treatment at United Hospital, Dhaka, says a press release.

On the occasion, prayers were offered and food was distributed among the destitute in Rampura and his village home.

Shaafi was the only son of Dr Sajjad Hossain Chisty, managing editor of the daily Ajkaler Khobor and a member of Jubo League central committee.
