UIU allocates Tk 1cr for faculty members as research grants

United International University (UIU) has allocated Tk 1 crore as research grants to its 15 faculty members to help them conduct quality research at a ceremony held at the university in the capital yesterday, says a press release.

Prof Abdul Mannan, chairman of University Grants Commission, distributed the grants among the recipients while UIU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr M Rezwan Khan presided over the programme.
