Bhashani univ convocation today

The second convocation of Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University (MBSTU) in Tangail will be held today.

President Md Abdul Hamid will preside over the programme, said Vice Chancellor Mohammad Alauddin.

The university has worn a festive look on the occasion.

A total of 1488 students will receive degree in the function.

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid and Chairman of the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh Abdul Mannan will present as special guests.

Emeritus Prof Alamgir Mohammad Sirajuddin will present the convocation speech.
