Man electrocuted

A man died from electrocution at Brahiminvita village in Birganj upazila yesterday. The deceased is Kaderul Islam, 42, son of Kashem Ali of the village. Shawkat Hossain, officer-in-charge of Birganj Police Station, quoted victim's family members as saying that Kaderul came in contact with a live electric wire while he was spreading his wet clothes on it in the yard for drying the clothes at noon and died instantly.
