Man found dead

Police recovered the body of a man from a mango orchard at Pushkoni village in Shibganj upazila yesterday. The deceased was identified as Waliul Islam, 42, son of late Sonu Mia of Benichak village in Gomostapur upazila. Moinul Islam, officer-in-charge of Shibganj Police Station, said locals spotted Waliul's body with stab injuries lying at a mango orchard in the village and informed the police. Police recovered the body around 11:30pm, the OC added.
