Stalker jailed

A mobile court yesterday sentenced a stalker at Kathalbari union under Kurigram Sadar upazila to one year's imprisonment. The convict is Moula Mia, 25, son of Afser Ali of Shanwashi village in Holokhana union under the upazila. Police said Moula often teased a student of Class X of Kathalbari Girls' High School on her way to and from school. Locals held Moula at Kumarpara area of Kathalbari union while he was teasing the girl on her way to school at 10:00am, and handed him over to the police.
