Afzal Hossain to feature as Shanta Islam’s guest in ‘Life is Beautiful’

Prominent actor Afzal Hossain and noted actress and anchor Shanta Islam have shared the screen in many television productions. Afzal has also acted in a number of productions which have been scripted by Shanta.

Although they were closely acquainted, Afzal never appeared in Shanta's popular television programme 'Life is Beautiful', which she has been hosting for more than twelve years.

The actor will be appearing in the show in an upcoming episode.

"I have presented many shows in the past years, however, I had never got a chance to invite Afzal Hossain," shares the actress. "I am really happy to have a conversation with him while shooting the show. In fact, we went nostalgic cherishing the good memories."

Afzal Hossain on the other hand shared that he is overwhelmed by the experience. "It has been a long time since I have had such a heartfelt conversation," says Afzal. Shanta's excellence in acting is known by all, and as a host, she is just marvelous."

The show, 'Life is Beautiful' will be aired today (Sunday) on Rtv at 8:30 pm.
