I have also fallen down several times: Mehazabien on Apu, Nirab ‘fall’
Social media has been flooded with videos and pictures of Nirab Hossain 'falling' on stage while trying to lift Apu Biswas. While Nirab has clarified that the incident only happened because of the tiled floors, fans have continued to troll both the stars over the situation.
Now, popular actress Mehazabien has decided to speak out on the issue, sharing several incidents where she too fell in real life.Taking to her verified Facebook account, Mehazabien shared how she had fallen multiple times in her life.
"I have fallen in life quite a few times. Let me narrow down the incidents," wrote the actress, before going on to elaborate.
"The first time was in class six. I was trying to swing my chair a little bit, when I accidentally fell in front of 40-50 classmates. All of my classmates including my teacher were laughing at me. The second time, I was enjoying a buffet at a five-star restaurant. While I was taking food from the buffet table, I accidentally slipped and fell to the floor, along with all of my food. Almost 200 people saw this embarrassing incident. Fall number three was quite dangerous. While I was shooting, I had a mobile phone in one hand and a warm cup of coffee in the other. I was walking down the stairs while texting, when I slipped and strained my back. The whole cup of hot coffee fell on me and after that, I swear that I will never text while walking down the stairs again," wrote Mehazabien.
"Finally, I always end up landing in 'trouble' as it's a common occurrence for me. Each and every one of us has 'fallen' in some parts of our life. Let us try to remember such things and normalise it," concluded the actress' post.
Earlier on, Nirab had shared that the stage was an unusual one for a dance performance—it was a tiled floor and the space was very small. The actor attested that they were not used to performing on tiled floors, which caused their shoes to slip on multiple occasions—which would not have happened if the stage was carpeted.
