Mahfuz Ahmed, Pori Moni to star in web film ‘Antarale’

National award-winning actor Mahfuz Ahmed is all set to return to movies with noted director Chayanika Chowdhury's web film "Antarale".

Mahfuz Ahmed confirmed the matter to The Daily Star.

"I don't want to spoil the movie by revealing anything about my character or the plot. I want it to be surprise for the audience," adds the actor.

Written by Pantho Shahriar, the web film stars Mahfuz Ahmed and Pori Moni in the lead roles.

"Pori Moni's casting was already finalised in the beginning, while Mahfuz Ahmed was recently signed in for the movie," mentions Chayanika Chowdhury.

"This will be my directorial debut in web films. I will give my 100 percent in this project," adds the director.

Produced under the banner of Black and White, the shooting of "Antarale" will start from January.

Mahfuz Ahmed's last tele-fiction was in Chayanika Chowdhury's "Share Tin Khana Chithi", opposite Shomi Kaisar.
