Mou goes corporate for Chayanika's telefilm

Popular actor Sadia Islam Mou has started shooting for Chayanika Chowdhury's telefilm "Swati Nokkhotrer Alo Ey".

Written by Iffat Arefin Mahmood, the tele-film also stars Tariq Anam Khan, Sabnam Faria, and Samia Mohsin in pivotal roles.

The versatile actor told The Daily Star what made her choose this specific role.

"Due to Covid-19 restrictions, most of the productions were closed. As the shootings resumed, we were back to shooting and I am really happy to play the role of a corporate woman in this project," mentions the actress.

"I really liked the script and I thought that I had a great deal of scope to showcase my expressions and emotions through this role," adds Mou.

Tariq Anam Khan wants to surprise the audiences with this project.

"I want to keep the story as a surprise for the audiences. It has a wonderful plot and I am sure that the audiences will be glued to the screen while watching it," adds the actor.

"Swati Nokkhotrer Alo Ey" is the 416th production directed by noted director Chayanika Chowdhury.

"After a long pause, I am back to shooting and it feels great to work on such a wonderful script and cast. I am really hopeful that the audiences will appreciate my work," adds the director.
