Fitting In

Can too much of a good thing be bad for you? I reckon it can; take working out, for instance. There is such a thing called “over exercising”. Recent studies are proving that longer, harder workouts do more damage than good to your body and possibly your heart. Been there, done that, my knees hated me, decided to wise up, relearned the meaning of “moderation”. I did it because I wanted to push my limits and feel super-human. I recall a friend who used to have ice chips for dinner because she didn't feel hungry enough. We may have different reasons behind obsessive behaviour but we can all agree that going to extremes can never be good for us. The cover story in this issue delves into this trend that's catching on.
Ever been miffed because you missed a golden opportunity to deliver the choicest retort at the right moment? We've all been there and decided a write-up on this was called for.
We've also provided a list of behaviour when flying that would annoy any person with two functioning brain cells and minimal civic sense. Don't be that person. Just don't.
For stories you won't find anywhere else and stories you didn't know existed but would love to read, stay with us.
