Man held for impersonating army, swindling people’s money

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested an army impersonator from Dhaka's Tikatuli area today over swindling people's money by offering them jobs.

Aminul Islam, 40, from Kurigram, was arrested along with a fake identity card of Bangladesh Army and uniform, said Rabiul Islam, an assistant director of Rab-3.

Rab was tipped off in this regard. The arrest was made this afternoon.
