According to the BNP party constitution, there is no post for acting chairman. Only the BNP chairperson can call a meeting of the standing committee. So, Mr. Saifur Rahman can not appoint anyone as acting secretary and chairperson. Whether you like the BNP or not, I think you believe that conspiracy against one major political party cannot bring any good to the country. I am writing this letter from my feelings, to console myself that I have done at least whatever I can do.
