Newspapers Owners' Association of Bangladesh (Noab) will observe May 1 as a holiday on account of historic 'May Day'. In accordance with a decision of the executive committee of Noab, no newspaper will, therefore, be published on May 2 (Sunday), a Noab press release said yesterday.
