Broadcast Reporters of Bangladesh (BRB) yesterday expressed grave concern over the sudden closure of private satellite station Channel 1. In a statement, BRB leaders said such incidents will create uncertainty and instability in the journalist community. They urged the government to allow Channel 1 telecast programmes again and remove the uncertainty over the jobs of its journalists and employees.
