14 Gulshan shops fined
A mobile court of Department of Environment (DoE) yesterday fined 14 shop owners at Gulshan-1 DCC Market in the city Tk 50,000 for selling and storing polythene illegally.
The mobile court led by Sukumar Biswas, acting director of the Department of Environment, also seized 500 kilograms of polythene, says a press release.
