Some housing and real estate development companies are really giving bad name to this business. Despite the fact that they are affiliated with Rehab, they don't give a damn to the regulations of Rehab.
When they're indifferent to Rehab's rules then why do they want to do business using the name of Rehab? They take money from consumers but as soon as the time of handover approaches, they seem very indifferent about customer service. They themselves want to work slower and at a point of time ask for more money which is illegal. They say money value had gone down with time. But it's them who take time to build apartments and fail to hand over within the stipulated time.
What is this? I mean, hello, is somebody listening?
