Khaleda hosts Iftar for political leaders
BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia yesterday took Iftar with leaders of different political parties.
Khaleda hosted the Iftar for the country's political leaders at the city's Bangabandhu International Conference Centre.
Leader of the Opposition Khaleda Zia exchanged pleasantries with the guests.
A munajat was offered before breaking the fast seeking peace, progress and prosperity of the country and its people.
Kazi Firoz Rashid and Mostofa Zamal Haider of Jatiya Party (JP), Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami acting Ameer Mokbul Hossain and acting Secretary General ATM Azharul Islam, IOJ Ameer Mufti Fazlul Huq Aminee, BJP Chairman Andalib Rahman MP, Kalyan Party Chief Maj Gen (Retd) M Ibrahim and ASM Abdur Rab attended the Iftar party.
BNP Secretary General Khandaker Delwar Hossain and other leaders of the party also attended the Iftar.
Khaleda will host an Iftar party for diplomats at Hotel Radisson today.
