Rahim Afroze staff stabbed
Police arrested a youth for stabbing a staff of a showroom of Rahim Afroze in the port city yesterday.
The arrestee is Abdul Mohim Foysal, 19. Two accomplices -- Rubel and Farhad -- were also detained in this connection but later they were released.
The three went to the showroom near Agrabad Badamtali intersection at around 1:30pm and asked for the owner of the showroom, said Inul Haque, officer-in-charge of Double Mooring Police Station.
At one stage of the altercation with the staffs Abdul Mohim Foysal stabbed a staff of the showroom in his back.
On information, the on duty petrol team of Double Mooring police station rushed to the spot and arrested the three.
A case has been filed in this connection with Double Mooring Police Station.
