Listed criminal arrested in Ctg
Police arrested a listed criminal from city's Sadarghat area yesterday afternoon.
A team of police from Kotwali Police Station raided the Sadarghat area at around 1:45pm and arrested Shafi, 30, an alleged Kazir Dewry-based Jubo Dal cadre, said Sub Inspector Sadip Kumar Das.
Shafi was accused in eight cases including for murders, extortion, arms and bomb explosion cases, the SI added.
