'Extend treatment to remote areas'
President Zillur Rahman yesterday emphasised extending medical services of Army to the country's rural areas.
The president made the remarks when Chief of Army Staff Gen M Abdul Mubeen called on him at Bangabhaban.
The army chief apprised the president about present activities of the army, particularly the six-week long winter exercises.
General Mubeen said during the winter exercises, different units of army will be scattered in remote areas where they would provide treatment for all classes of the people at army mobile hospitals.
