Kafee, Kader new OCAS president, secy
Abdullah-Al-Kafee and Aminul Kader Khalili have been elected president and general secretary of the Old Cadets Association of Sylhet (OCAS) for 2010-2012 sessions.
The new committee was formed at an annual general meeting of the organisation recently held at the Cadet College Club in Dhaka, said a press release yesterday.
The other office bearers are -- Senior Vice President: Shahnur Alam, Vice Presidents: Amir Hasan Chowdhury and Mostafa Mamun, Assistant General Secretary: Fazle Karim Chowdhury, Organising Secretary: Abidur Rahman Chowdhury, Career Affairs Secretary: Maj (retd) Sohel Mehmud, International Communication Secretary: Asaduzzaman Shaon, Public Relations Secretary: Mohiuddin Al Kawsar, Sports Secretary Nazmul Hasan, Cultural Secretary: Nazir Hossain and Office Secretary: Hasnayeen Mollah. Executive Committee Members: Dr Shakil Ahmed, Mustafizur Rahma and Maj Farhad Aziz.
