2 sworn in as regular HC judges

Two additional judges of the High Court (HC) were sworn in as regular judges of the court yesterday. Chief Justice ABM Khairul Haque administered oath to Justice AKM Abdul Hakim and Justice Borhan Uddin at the Judges' Lounge of the Supreme Court. They were appointed as additional HC judge for two years on November 12 in 2008. On November 1 this year, President Zillur Rahman confirmed their services as per article 98 of the constitution. Judges of the Appellate Division and HC Division were present at the oath taking ceremony.
