Yunnan Varsity invites 6 BIT students
Yunnan University of Kunming, China and Confucius Institute of North South University, Bangladesh have jointly invited six students of Bangladesh International Tutorial (BIT) under a scholarship programme to join a Fall Camp at Yunnan University, Kunming from November 22 to 28.
The universities sponsored the scholarship programme to deserving students as a part of BIT's Chinese language learning curriculum, says a press release.
The Fall Camp will include learning and experiencing Chinese art and culture, such as martial arts, instrumental music, tea ceremony, Chinese painting, ethnic songs of China, Chinese cooking, interaction with Chinese students and a visit to Stone Forest, a popular tourist spot.
Vice Principal Ashraf Hossain and the school's Chinese language teacher Liu Hanyin will accompany the students --Rafia Rahim, Rumman Moyashir, Nishat Shyama, Nishat Shama, Sakib Ar Rahman and Ishtiaque Hossain.
