Domestic help found dead in city house

Police recovered the hanging body of a female domestic help from a residence in city's Ramna area yesterday morning. The deceased was identified as Amena Khatun, 20, daughter of Rajab Ali of Gouripur in Mymensingh. Amena was serving as a domestic help at the residence of Sabekun Nahar at Kazi Office Lane of Boro Moghbazar area for the last one month, said Sub-Inspector Zafar Ali of Ramna Police Station. “Police recovered the body hanging by the neck with a scarf tied to a window grill at around 8:00am,” he said.
