Two killed in road crash
Two people were killed and two others injured in a head-on collision between a truck and a three-wheeler at Nurullapur Chinirbatoal of Lalpur upazila yesterday.
The deceased are Rahela Begum, 60, wife of Ansar Ali, of village Mahespur and Jamat Ali, 55, son of late Arshed Ali, of village Salampur of the same upazila.
The injured were admitted to Lalpur Upazila Health Complex.
Police sized the truck and the three-wheeler but both the drivers managed to escape.
