Bullet-hit body found
Police recovered the bullet-hit body of an unidentified youth from Dhaka-Mawa Highway at Rajendrapur under Dakkhin Keraniganj early yesterday.
The hands and eyes of the youth were tied with clothes, police said.
Around 6:00am, local people found the body and informed Dakkhin Keraniganj police of the matter, said Abul Bashar, officer-in-charge of the station.
The body was sent to Sir Salimullah Medical College (SSMC) morgue for autopsy.
Morgue sources said five bullet wounds were found in the head.
