Veterinary education stressed
Speakers at a workshop here in the port city yesterday termed climate impacts a challenge for veterinary education and stressed the need for time befitting veterinary education policy to fight new diseases of livestock.
The daylong workshop titled "Past, present, and future of veterinary education in Bangladesh" was held at the conference room of Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU) with initiation of Bangladesh Society for Veterinary Education and Research (BSVER).
Dr Mohammad Shamsuddin, professor of Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), presented the keynote paper at the workshop.
