American Center announces grant competition
The American Center of the US embassy in Dhaka yesterday announced a grant competition to support public service and the arts in Bangladesh.
There are multiple awards available for the projects costing USD 10,000 or less, says a press release.
It said proposals will be accepted from a wide range of topics and fields, including volunteerism, environment, women's empowerment, education, community development, youth engagement, and arts.
Interested applicants are requested to contact GomesJJ@state.gov.
All submissions should strictly follow the template provided for both the proposal and budget.
All proposals should be sent to the US embassy, via e-mail or postal service, no later than at 4:00 pm on July 24, 2011.
