BCL factions clash in Ctg
At least three activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) of Chittagong Commerce College unit were injured in a factional clash on the college premises in the port city yesterday.
The injured are Jahangir Hossain Shanto, former BCL president of the college, Anirban Roy and Jony Shikdar.
Witnesses said the clash erupted when Abdul Quader, an outsider, with some BCL activists of the college attacked Shanto and his mates for establishing supremacy while Shanto arranged a rally against BNP's activities.
Shanto said Quader group attacked them as they resisted their control on the college campus.
