Ctg CBA election tomorrow
The election of Collective Bargaining Agent (CBA) of Chittagong City Corporation (CCC) will be held tomorrow.
The last CBA election was held in 1994.
Three registered unions of CCC are contesting in tomorrow's election.
Among them, Dost Mohammad and Morshed Alam will lead the AL backed CCC Sramik Karmachari League, Kazi Abu Taiyab and Safiul Islam will lead the BNP backed Jatiyatabadi Sramik Karmachari Union, and Md Manu Miah and Kanu Lal Nath will lead the non-partisan CCC Sramik Sangstha.
CCC officials said Chittagong office joint director of labour will conduct the election where 1,339 eligible voters will cast their votes.
