Free eye treatment at Savar

A 15-member team of Korean doctors, nurses, technicians and volunteers conducted a free eye treatment camp at Korea Bangladesh Friendship Hospital in Savar. Korean NGO, Vision Care in collaboration with Korea International Cooperation Agency (Koica), Bangladesh, and Korea Bangladesh Friendship Hospital had organised the camp for five days from November 14, said a press release. Three expert doctors, five nurses, one technician, six volunteers and staff of Vision Care from Korea took part in the camp. During the five days, some 1140 poor eye patients of Savar and nearby regions were provided treatment by the medical team.
