Two bodies recovered
Police recovered the decomposed bodies of a woman and a minor girl from a water body in Ashulia on the outskirts of the capital yesterday morning.
Sirajul Islam, officer-in-charge of Ashulia Police Station, said on information police rushed to the spot and recovered the bodies around 10:00am.
He said the woman, aged around 26, was wearing a salwar kameez and cardigan while the 5-year-old girl was wearing a frock and cardigan.
