Today is the third death anniversary of Advocate AKM Khalilur Rahman, former vice-president of Dhaka Bar Association. On the occasion, his family members will organise different programmes including reciting the holy Qur'an, milad mahfil and distributing foods among the destitute in the city and his Shariatpur village residence, said a press release.
