Youth held with cannabis
Police arrested a youth with three kilograms of cannabis from Bakalia in the port city yesterday afternoon.
The arrestee was identified as Saber Ahmed, 35.
Acting on a tip-off, police conducted a drive at Haque colony at Taktarpul at around 3:00pm and arrested Saber with three kilograms of cannabis, said Mohammed Ataur Rahman, sub-inspector of Bakalia Police Station.
