Restaurant fined
A mobile court yesterday fined the owner of a restaurant Tk 20,000 in the port city on charge of serving food in unhygienic and dirty conditions, says a press release.
Abdul Gafur, owner of Hotel New Orient Restaurant in Agrabad under Double Mooring Police Station, was penalised during a two-hour long drive.
Rapid Action Battalion (Rab-7) assisted the drive led by District Administration Executive Magistrate Muntasir Hasan.
