Harassing Woman
Present, former husbands held
Police arrested present and former husbands of a woman on charge of harassing her by using indecent video clips in the port city early hours of yesterday.
The arrestees were Akbar Hossain Talukdar, 50, the ex-husband of the woman, of Jamalkhan area and Mohiuddin Bhuiyan, 33, the present husband, of Firozshah Colony.
Following a case filed by the woman, police arrested the two from their residences last night, said Khulshi Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) and Investigation Officer (IO) of the case Mamunur Rashid.
The SI said the woman was married to Akbar few years ago. Then her husband recorded some indecent video clips of the woman. She divorced him in 2007 and got married to Mohiuddin in 2009.
Akbar handed over the clips to the woman's second husband pushing him asking his wife make illicit affairs with the friends of Muhiddin.
